Shipping policy

Thanks for shopping with BEFOURE. This policy outlines how and when your order is shipped.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST, or on weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.

Australian shipping

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days. Free on orders over A$50; otherwise a flat rate is calculated at checkout.
Express shipping: 1–3 business days. Rate calculated at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

International shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and are typically 7–21 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost, delayed, or damaged packages

If your order is delayed, lost in transit, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at hello@befoure.au and we'll work with the courier to resolve it.
